Paralegal (Park Ridge, IL 60068).

Communicate with clients, conduct client intake, gather documents, and prepare forms and applications for assigned case types. 

Conduct legal research, analyze facts, and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions. 

Manage attorneys’ calendars and maintain client data. 

Maintain organized case files, track case progress using internal databases, and summarize information in client files. 

Serve as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, and opposing parties.  Utilize legal research tools and case management software as required.
